Express AI-Trace Cleanup: No Mastering, By Popular Request
Last week two users asked for the same thing through the "What do you need?" form: express AI-trace cleanup — without full mastering. Today it's in production. We've already written to the authors of the idea personally — thank you!
Why it matters
Tracks from Suno and Udio carry an inaudible digital fingerprint: high-frequency steganography above 15.5 kHz, artifacts at generation block boundaries, machine-perfect envelope periodicity. Our cleanup used to run only as a module inside mastering — but what if the track is already mastered and just needs to be "washed"?
How express mode works
- In the app, enable the "AI-trace cleanup" card — a "Clean only, no mastering" checkbox appears.
- Upload your track and run. We remove the digital trace and protect the peaks (true peak ≤ −1 dBTP) — and touch nothing else: no loudness, no EQ, no dynamics.
- The job status carries an honest report: HF-marker energy before and after cleanup, in dB.
Verified by tests: markers suppressed by 10+ dB, loudness change under 1 LU (only from removing the trace itself).

How is express cleanup different from cleanup inside mastering?
Inside mastering, cleanup is one module of the chain: the track also gets mastered (loudness, EQ, compression). Express mode removes only the AI digital trace — loudness and character stay completely untouched. Useful when the track is already mastered or you plan to process it elsewhere.
What exactly is removed?
The AI generator fingerprint: high-frequency steganography above 15.5 kHz (Suno's main marker), artifacts at generation block boundaries, and machine-regular envelope periodicity. On a test signal the HF markers are suppressed by more than 10 dB.
How much does it cost?
1 token — same as a regular PRO mastering. No separate pricing.
