Delete your account
You can delete your Magic Master account at any time. This cannot be undone: your history and files cannot be restored.
How to delete your account in the app
- Sign in and open the Profile page.
- Scroll down and tap “Delete account”.
- Enter your password. If you sign in with VK, Yandex or Telegram without a password, type the word DELETE.
- Confirm. Sign-in is closed on all devices at once.

If you cannot sign in
Write from the address the account is registered to, to privacy@magicmaster.pro with the subject “Delete account”. If the address is different or you do not remember it, tell us how you signed in and attach a receipt or the payment date if you have one. We will verify ownership and reply within 7 days.
You can also send the request from an address you no longer have; then we will ask you to confirm your identity another way.
What is deleted
- Your account, email address and password.
- Mastering history and result files.
- Saved presets and API keys.
- Remaining tokens (they are not refunded or transferred).
- Telegram, VK and Yandex links, the receipt email and your referral code.
- Marketing consent: the address goes on the unsubscribe list and no more marketing email is sent to it.
Refund of purchased tokens
When you delete your account, unused purchased tokens are refunded. We calculate the amount from your payments and show it in the app before you confirm. The money goes back to the card or method you paid with within 10 working days.
Bonus and gifted tokens are not refunded: you did not pay for them. The token price is the average of your payments.
What is kept, and why
Payment records (date, amount, status, plan) are kept because tax and accounting law requires it. The email address is removed from these records, so they are no longer linked to you as a person.
Anonymised technical records, such as the administrator action log, contain no email and do not identify you.
Timing
The account and files are closed immediately after you confirm.
