Public offer & Terms of Use

1. General

This document is a public offer by the Magic Master service (the “Service”, “Provider”) to any capable person (the “User”, “Customer”) and sets the terms for automatic audio mastering at https://magicmaster.pro.

By using the Service (signing up, uploading a file, paying, or downloading a result), you accept these terms in full. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

2. Service description

The Provider supplies automatic audio mastering as a digital remote service:

• upload source audio (WAV, MP3, FLAC and other supported formats);
• DSP processing (LUFS normalization, True Peak, EQ, dynamics, etc.);
• instant delivery of the finished file for download in the app;
• optionally: Telegram bot and REST API for automation.

There is no physical shipping. The result is a digital file available immediately after successful processing.

3. How the service is provided

1. Open the app at https://magicmaster.pro/app (or the Telegram bot).
2. Upload an audio file and choose a style / platform loudness target.
3. Start mastering. Free limits need no payment; PRO modules spend wallet tokens.
4. After processing, download the file. Source files are not kept long-term (see Privacy Policy).

4. Pricing and payment

Current prices are published on Pricing and in the Wallet.

• Guest: 3 basic masterings per calendar month; free account: 1 basic master per UTC day.
• PRO modules are paid with tokens (1 token = 1 full PRO master).
• Payments in Russia — YooKassa (RU cards, SBP where available).
• International payments — Telegram Stars; USD/EUR card checkout coming later.
• The Provider does not store card data — the payment provider processes it.

5. Refunds and cancellation

The service is digital and delivered immediately after payment / token spend. As a rule:

• if mastering fails due to the Service — the token is refunded to the balance automatically or via support;
• if the result was successfully delivered and downloaded — money for the rendered service is not refunded, except where required by applicable law;
• unused tokens remain spendable; a refund request for unused funds may be reviewed individually at support@magicmaster.pro within 14 days of payment if there is no abuse;
• chargebacks are handled via the issuing bank and payment provider; the Provider can confirm service delivery.

6. Rights and obligations

You warrant you have rights to uploaded content and will not violate the law (including copyright). Malware uploads and payment/limit bypass are prohibited.

The Provider keeps the Service reasonably available with SSL and security measures, but does not guarantee 100% uptime (maintenance, force majeure).

7. Intellectual property

Rights in source and processed audio remain with the User (or rights holder). Magic Master software, brand, and site materials belong to the Provider.

8. Personal data

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, if needed, under applicable law.
